Delete Your Sajdah Account

Last updated: 18 July 2026

In-App Deletion

If you have access to the app, open Sajdah and use the account or data controls to request deletion of your cloud account where available. This removes your ordinary Supabase account and the community records owned by that account, subject to the retention notes below.

Email Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to the developer support email shown on the Sajdah Google Play listing.

  1. Use the subject line: Sajdah account deletion request.
  2. Include the email address linked to your Sajdah account, if you linked one.
  3. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Before submitting to Play Console: replace this paragraph with your real public support email or a working deletion request form URL.

What Is Deleted

For ordinary user accounts, deletion removes the cloud account and community records owned by that account where deletion is supported by the app's database workflow. Local data on your phone or browser can be removed by clearing app data, clearing browser storage, or uninstalling Sajdah.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when needed for moderation history, safety, abuse prevention, duplicate prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the public mosque directory. Privileged administrator or reviewer accounts may require responsibility transfer before deletion.

Timing

Deletion requests are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. If extra verification is needed to confirm account ownership, the developer may ask for limited information needed to complete the request.
